Hello there

Well, if you are here, there's a good chance that you stumbled over from my other blog, and you are one of the first folks to set eyes on the new echo chamber, know affectionately as brie.

My other blog (Fiftyfoureleven.com) is all about web development, and I've come to find that to be a bit topically limiting - I want to write about things not to do with web dev. Sure, it is my blog, and I could possibly start to write about other topics there, but that wouldn't be fair to the audience that has grown over on that site.

So the refreshing idea came to my mind to start another site. Brie represents for me a space where I can simply say what I want to say, without having too many boundaries.

We'll see how this works out in time, I suppose. I'm quite looking forward to it...
